Children’s Book Author Meets With Students

To celebrate the hard work of our students during PARP, children’s book author (and GCS 6th grade parent) Gabrielle Balkan visited the cafetorium to talk with students about writing and books.

In this highly-interactive presentation, students talked about word choice, writing drafts, and editing. They thoroughly enjoyed the research involved in the “Book of Bones” and students asked many great questions.
