Dear Germantown CSD Parents,
Recently, we have received notification and clarification from the CDC and CCDOH that the COVID-19 vaccination for 5-to-11-year-old children has been approved for distribution. In coordination with CCDOH, as well as with all Columbia County School Districts, we are providing a location for these vaccinations at the Germantown High School Gymnasium. If you are interested in having your child receive the vaccination for COVID-19, and they are between the ages of 5-11, use the link below to register. The date for this Pod is Tuesday, November 16, from 4:00-6:45 p.m.
Again, this is an opportunity if you choose to have your child vaccinated.
