COVID-19 TESTING CLINIC
Fort Gibson Schools has received a grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity (ELC) Reopening Schools: Support for Screening Testing to Reopen and Keep Schools Operating Safely Grant (ARP Act) (the “Oklahoma Schools COVID-19 Prevention Program''). The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to enable our school to establish COVID-19 screening and testing programs to support safe, in-person instruction in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 (preK-12). The overarching goal of these programs is to protect students, teachers, and staff and slow the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). In order to be tested at our on-campus clinic students must have a form completed and returned.
If you did not receive a form, COVID-19 Student Testing Letter can be accessed here, printed, and returned signed to your school building.
