Hello, I'm Holly Dalby, the Principal of Circle Cross Ranch K-8 STEM Academy. This is my 18th year in education and 11th year with the Florence Unified School District. I have spent those 11 years here at Circle Cross and definitely consider this place my home.
I believe that all students can and will learn here at Circle Cross. Family is extremely important to me and I consider all the staff, students, and parents as a part of my ever-growing family.

My name is Melissa Lopez and it is my privilege to serve as the new Assistant Principal and Athletic Director of Circle Cross Ranch K-8. I joined the Florence Unified School District in 2005 and have taught multiple grade levels at both Walker Butte K-8 Leadership School and Florence K-8. Before becoming a Cheetah, I served as the Assistant Principal of Copper Basin K-8 and as the Instructional Coach for Florence K-8. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Arizona University in Elementary Education and my Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University.

I believe that with a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and good character, anyone can achieve great things.  I strive to instill those qualities in our students and to be a positive role model as well.  We are all here to learn together.  It is my goal to provide a safe and nurturing educational environment that challenges our students to reach beyond their expectations to become lifelong learners who will make the world a better place. I am excited to work with the amazing staff, students, and community that make Circle Cross Ranch K-8 a great school. 

My name is Sheila Frame and I am honored to serve as the campus Instructional Coach. I started my career in 2006 as an elementary teacher and have held a few campus leadership roles.  Being a mentor and Instructional Coach is the best of all of those roles put together.  I hold a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Teaching and learning is my calling, my passion, my life.  I love helping both teachers and students strive to be their very best.  It is my goal to help our campus succeed in all areas.
