    Please make sure you have registered using the Register My Athlete link and have completed AIA Physical Forms 157-a and 157-b

    Games for volleyball are played at Mount Elden Middle School (3223 North 4th St., Sinagua Middle School (3950 East Butler)

    Note: To ensure being placed on a team, please make sure your paperwork is completed and turned in by the registration deadline.  Registrations after the deadline WILL NOT be accepted.

    • Activity buses are available to take athletes home after practice but not after late games.
