Parents As Teachers

The El Dorado Springs Parents As Teachers (PAT) is voluntary and free for families with children prenatal to five years residing in the El Dorado Springs R-2 School District. We strive to develop a positive relationship between home and school.

All children will learn, grow and develop to realize their full potential.

● All families deserve information and support regardless of demographic, geographic, or economic considerations.

● Parents are their child’s first and most influential teacher.

● The early years of life are critical for optimal development and provide the foundation for success in school and life.

The mission of the program is to provide the information, support and encouragement that parents need in order to help their children develop optimally during the crucial early years of life.
