I did not receive an invite

You must wait 24 hours after your PowerSchool account is created before receiving an invite to join ParentSquare.

After 24 hours has passed, if you did not receive an invite please contact Norman Carr at ncarr@eldok12.org or call 417-876-3112.

I can't Log in

First, try "Forgot password?" on the sign in page of ParentSquare.

You should receive an email or text alert asking you to update your password.

If you do not receive an email or text alert contact Norman Carr at ncarr@eldok12.org or call 417-876-3112.

I did not receive a text alert

It is possible your phone number didn't get added when your account was created or it is the wrong number. Contact Norman Carr at ncarr@eldok12.org or call 417-876-3112 to update your information. Please wait 24 hours for the update to take effect.

If the phone number used for the account is correct, you will need to contact ParentSquare support for assistance. Email requests to support@parentsquare.com or call (888) 496-3168. To contact via chat, log in to ParentSquare and click on the question mark as shown below. Select "Chat With US" in the dropdown menu. This is not available on the mobile app.
