Kate Hirsh
Director, Turner Impact Capital
Kate Hirsh is a Director that manages the development of projects nationally for the Turner Healthcare Facilities Funds. Her responsibilities include oversight and support of project underwriting, due diligence, entitlement strategy and approvals, design, and construction, and disposition.
Prior to Turner Impact Capital, Kate held management roles at several Los Angeles based real estate and private equity firms including Beach City Capital, CIM Group and Pacific Charter School Development, all focused on urban infill projects across the US. Kate’s experience includes development and construction management of healthcare facilities, mixed-use multi-family projects, office buildings, hotels, charter schools and traditional retail. She has led efforts including master planning, new construction, adaptive-reuse and historic preservation.
Kate earned a B.S in Architecture form the University of Michigan, Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning and an MBA in Real Estate from the University of California Los Angeles, The Anderson School of Management. She is a Board Member at Ednovate Public Schools in Los Angeles.
