Welcome to Personnel Services. We are here to serve you and make your experience in the Cucamonga School District extraordinary.
Personnel Services plans, organizes, and directs the certificated and classified personnel functions of the District including: recruiting, position posting, interviewing, staff employment, creating and maintaining job descriptions, advising on credential requirements, monitoring evaluations, and compliance of legal requirements. The Board of Trustees and Superintendent maintain an expectation of hiring and keeping nothing less than the highest qualified team of employees to serve the children in our schools.
The Personnel Department currently manages approximately 150 certificated and management employees and approximately 125 classified employees.

The Personnel Department is located at 8776 Archibald Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730. The Cucamonga School District is a K - 8 district with an ADA of approximately 2393. The Cucamonga School District is one of four elementary districts comprising the City of Rancho Cucamonga and serves a geographic area of approximately 23 square miles.
