Physical Education

Hello!

My name is Coach James. I am privileged and honored to be the PE teacher here at Los Amigos. I do come from an athletic background. I played baseball my entire life and was fortunate enough to have played at the collegiate level. I played for Azusa Pacific University, which is one of the best Division II schools in the country. I was grateful to have great mentors, role models and coaches as I journeyed through my college days. I had several coaches and mentors impact my life both on and off the field in a positive way, which is why I got into the teaching profession. My desire as a teacher is to have a positive and meaningful impact on all of my student’s lives. I find great value in mentoring, empowering and developing young children. I believe that the children today can have a huge impact in society, and in their own families. I am thrilled and grateful that I get the opportunity each and everyday to develop young leaders and empower this next generation!
