Dear Commack High School Families,
Commack High School is pleased to welcome back all of our students and parents/guardians for the 2023-2024 school year. We are excited to have our students learning in our classrooms and filling our hallways with Commack spirit and pride.
Each new school year brings the opportunity for a new beginning. This year, we will focus on helping all our students become engaged - not only at CHS but in the community and to be proud of all their accomplishments. We will share our pride with you as we progress through the year.
We remain committed to our mission of providing an exemplary learning experience that will allow each student to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values to become a successful, contributing member within our school community and greater society. Our excellent faculty and staff are dedicated to fostering positive relationships with our students and their families. They are committed to creating warm and supportive classrooms, engaging their students in educational experiences, and building collaborative environments which encourage students to take risks and follow their passions to prepare them for their futures.
Every student at Commack High School has countless opportunities to enhance their high school experience and shape their future through academics, extra-curricular activities and the Arts. Engagement in a variety of extra-curricular clubs provides our students with opportunities for leadership and philanthropy and helps build “real world skills” such as goal setting, teamwork, time management, and problem solving.
We are honored and proud to serve as the administrative team at Commack High School. It is a privilege to work with a community of faculty, staff, students, and parents/guardians who are committed to the academic and social-emotional growth of our students.
