If you are interested in attending a conference, we are here to help! When completing conference approval in Frontline, you will be prompted to indicate if you are requesting funds from the Teacher Center. Please indicate the amount you are looking for. Upon completion of the conference you must submit the following to the Teacher Center:
- print of the conference marked COMPLETE in Frontline
- a completed expense report (you can get copies in the main office of your building)
- proof of payment (receipt, copy of canceled check, copy of credit card statement etc.)
- proof of attendance (certificate of attendance, name tag, etc.)
Once we have signed off, we will forward all paperwork to Hubbs for payment. You will receive reimbursement via MAIL, it will not be included in a paycheck.
