Our goal is to develop a highly enthusiastic and talented squad! We do this by providing technique in cheer and dance that is fun and safe.
Students in grades 4-6 may try out each spring for the following school year, then fittings for uniforms will be held. Uniforms will be distributed by the beginning of the following year.
It is highly recommended that all cheerleaders attend Clovis East Elementary Cheer Camp over the summer.
Practice is held on Early Release Wednesdays, 2-3 pm for all Game and 2-4:30 pm for the competition squad.
We will cheer at all HOME games each sports season. The cheerleaders will be dismissed at regular school dismissal which is 3:15 pm.
We participate in the following:
- Clovis East Elementary Cheer Camp in August (week before school begins)
- CUSD Football Carnival at Lamonica Stadium in September
- Clovis East Pigskins for Pink Elementary School Night at Lamonica
The TK Competition Team will compete in various, local competitions throughout the year.
