Steve Pagani
On behalf of our faculty and staff, I would like to welcome you to the 2024-2025  school year at Gateway High School!  At Gateway High School, home of the Eagles, we not only pride ourselves on the academic, and social, emotional success of our students, but in the positive relationships that are developed and the professional support that our students are provided by every staff member on this campus.  This includes the administrative team, teachers, clerical team, custodians, grounds crew, and cafeteria workers.

We work extremely hard at creating a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel safe and can excel in Mind, Body, and Spirit.  There is power in acknowledging student success, no matter how big or small and in greeting him or her in a friendly manner every day.  Our staff understands this and the importance of building positive self-esteem in all our students at Gateway High School where failure is not an option.

We look forward to working with our community of students and parents and welcome your input in making Gateway High School the best it can be for our students.  In the Clovis Unified School District, we believe in continuous improvement and strive to be better tomorrow than we are today, which means the combined effort of our students, parents and staff are paramount.  I encourage you to access our website on a regular basis to stay informed and connected to your school.  We are here for you and your child and are dedicated to creating a positive school experience for your child.

It is our mission to prepare every student for high school graduation and beyond.  We strive to provide our students with the necessary academic and social skills necessary for success when they graduate from Gateway High School.  It is important for you to know that you can work with the Gateway staff for direction and understanding about the schoolwide expectations that your child will need to succeed after graduation.

Thank you very much for your support of Gateway High School in helping us provide a positive and rewarding experience for every child.

Sincerely,

Steve Pagani
