Welcome to Clark Intermediate School and the 2022-2023 school year. The Annual Information Update is again available for you to update your student information using your Parent Connect Pin & Password. All required Registration forms for the upcoming school year are available for you to update at
PARENT CONNECT Using your Parent Connect PIN and PASSWORD from last year, the following forms will need to be completed online prior to picking up your student’s schedule: Pupil Registration, Health Office & Emergency Information, Student Zero Tolerance, Student Release Authorization, Release of Pupil Information, Student Technology Resources Use Agreement, Insurance Verification & Parent Permission form.
Families will be able to view their student’s schedules on Student/Parent Connect on Thursday, August 11
th. Schedules can only be viewed if the student’s parent/guardian have completed the Annual Online Re-Enrollment. If you have not done so, please follow the procedures listed below. New this year, you will also be able to access the required Athletic Physical forms and contracts, as well as all other Registration Materials on the Clark Website.

*Pin and Password can be emailed to you at your request. Click on “Need your login information?” located at the point of login. Use your email address that is registered with Clovis Unified.

Student schedules will be released on Student/Parent Connect. **Student’s will NOT be able to view their schedule on Student/Parent Connect until they have completed the Annual Online Re-Enrollment.
(Students will be required to be in PE attire the second week of school. You may provide your own clothes for PE. A grey T-shirt and blue shorts are required, or purchase the PE clothes on August 12th during WEB. Shirts cost $15.00, shorts cost $15.00, and a lock cost $5.00. Make checks payable to “Clovis Unified School District” and put “Clark PE clothes/student name” in the memo section. Please submit a separate check for each student. P.E. clothes will also be sold during the first week of school.

7th Gr. WEB Orientation: 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Location: GYM
Parents can drop off students in front of the gym at 7:45 a.m. and the students will enter from the North side of the gym off of 5th street.
Students are only allowed to participate in WEB. However, parents can attend to purchase PE clothes, activities pass, and more in the MPR.
Students are to report to the room assigned for their first period class. Students assigned to first period Physical Education (PE) are to report to the gym.
IMPORTANT IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION:
If your student is
not up to date with their immunizations, they will not be able to attend school. The student will be sent home on the first day of school until the required immunizations are met. In addition to the vaccines required for elementary school, students entering the 7
th grade, students will need one dose of the Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (
Tdap) given after 7 years of age and
two doses of the
Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccine. The Varicella is usually given at ages 12 months and 4-6 years of age. Additional school immunization requirements for 7
th graders typically apply to students who had a valid personal beliefs exemption filed before 2016 upon entry to Kindergarten to 6

OTHER REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
Double check your class schedule. All students should be enrolled into two (2) periods called Academic Block (AB) for Language and History, a Math period, Science period, one elective period, and a Physical Education period.
The student’s class schedule must be brought to school on the first day of school. For any questions or scheduling conflicts, students should report to the Counseling Center on the first day of school during the period where there is a conflict.
Breakfast and Lunch:
For the 2022-2023 ALL students will eat for free, regardless of status, from now on. Please complete the alternate income form through the annual information update process.
