Our district's founding father Dr. Floyd Buchanan, preached "it's people not programs" and "if you want to be a winner you need to surround yourself with winners." The cornerstone of any good organization is the quality of its people. We hire educators who are role models, willing to work together, filled with a passion to serve their community, and committed to providing the very best educational experience possible for our students.

We also believe "the greater the expectation the greater the achievement." The bar will be set very high in regard to achievement, effort, and attitude for our students, staff and community, as we form a partnership to provide exemplary academic and co-curricular programs.
