    Hello!  I am Coach Hazeltine and I have been a teacher in Charlotte County for six years.  I am also a product of Charlotte County from Kindergarten thru High School.  This is my third year as a physical education teacher at Port Charlotte Middle School. 

    The grading system for my class is very simple.  Dressing out and participation are the most important parts to a successful class.  Students with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard will have the most success!
