Daryl Konrardy joined Vineland Elementary School as Assistant Principal February of 2023. His career began in Naples, FL in 2001 as a middle school science teacher at Corkscrew Middle School. Mr. Konrardy continued his career joining the Lemon Bay High School staff in 2006 as a science teacher. In 2016, Mr. Konrardy began as the dean of students at L.A. Anger Middle School. Konrardy then became Assistant Principal at L.A. Ainger Middle School in 2018.

Mr. Konrardy grew up in Marshfield, WI attending Our Lady of Peace for elementary and middle school then Columbus High School. After graduating from Columbus High School, Konrardy attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire majoring in Elementary/Middle Education with a minor in Science. In the fall of 2015, Mr. Konrardy earned his Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida.

Mr. Konrardy and his girlfriend Jenny, enjoy spending time watching their children participate in a variety of sports and activities. Together, Daryl and Jenny have 5 children, Caleb who graduated from Venice High School, and Vivian who attends Venice High School, Jacob and Savannah who attend Lemon Bay High School and Colton who attends Vineland Elementary School.
