Charlotte County Public Schools provides preference in employment, reemployment, promotion, and retention to eligible veterans in accordance with state statute (295.07 F.S.) and School Board Policies 1120.11, 3120.11, and 4120.11.  

Applicants who are requesting Veteran’s preference are required to submit the Veterans' Preference Claim Form with their online application at the time of applying. (Form: DD214)
