Changing Your Password

Use Classlink to change your global and single sign-on password at any time for any concerns or reasons. Visit http://launchpad.classlink.com/charlotte then click on Settings, and then the tab for changing your Sign-in. Create a new robust password of at least 8 characters. Be sure to hide it in your planner until you memorize it and be able to use your planner to recover it yourself. Never share passwords with anyone!

How to access Classlink on a non-school device or outside the school network.

If you find you ever need to access your Classlink or embedded tools like FOCUS or textbooks linked within it, when you are outside of the school network, use the /charlotte in the URL to get there directly. Ex. http://launchpad.classlink.com/charlotte
