MEET MRS.RADFORD

Welcome to my First Grade Class!!  This is going to be an exciting and busy year for our children.  I am looking forward to working with each of you and watching our students grow in their love for learning and others.  I am entering year 28 as an educator and my 26th year at MPES. I am a Nationally Board Certified Teacher and am very proud of this accomplishment.  I feel very blessed to do what I love, in a community that holds a special place in my heart.  There is no other school, staff, or community that I would rather work.

I am the proud mother of two amazing sons.  My oldest, Austin is an Appalachian State University graduate with a BS Degree in Exercise Science and a graduate of St. Catherine's University.  He is currently the Director of Rehab for Broad River Rehabilitation. Austin and his wife Brooke are expecting my first Grandchild in December.  I cant wait to enter the wonder world of being a Grandparent!  My youngest, Hayden is a 2014 graduate of MPHS.  He is a firefighter for the City of Kannapolis and loves his career.  Hayden is working toward owning his own business and I am amazed by his determination and drive.  My husband, Sean and I could not be more proud.  God has truly blessed us during our 29 years of marriage.  My Family & My Faith are very important and I am looking forward to spending this school year getting to know you and your family.
