College Application Process
-
College application time is very stressful. Please reach out for help with questions, there are no stupid questions! The best steps in the college application process start with a conversation with your School Counselor. They can advise you on the best application to use, provide you with the personal information required for college applications, and support you on your journey. Provided are key documents that the counseling office must have to provide your documentation to the colleges you apply to.
Are you completing your college application? Are you applying for scholarships? You must complete a Records Request Form and you must complete a Transcript Request Form for each college/scholarship you apply to.
Transcript Request Form- this form must be completed for EACH college/university you apply to. This form should be completed AFTER you have completed a college application.
Records Request Form- this form only needs to be completed once, and the Counseling Office will keep the completed form on file.
