Jerrod Roberts
Mr. Roberts was hired in 2014 as an Assistant Principal at OMS where he served in that role for 5 ½ years. Mr. Roberts has served as a member of the district-wide Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Team, Trauma Illness and Grief (TIG) Team and served as an administrative mentor. During the 2018 school year, Mr. Roberts was named New York State Assistant Principal of the Year and also presented to other administrators around the nation. In the spring of 2020, Mr. Roberts became the Principal of OMS and also facilitated a team to earn the Schools to Watch Designation.

Michelle Guerrieri
Michelle Guerrieri joined Brockport CSD as a special education teacher at Brockport High School. Through the years, she was a classroom teacher, transition specialist, soccer coach, K-12 Instructional Specialist in the Inclusive Education Office, an Assistant Principal at the high school for five years and is now in her third year as an Assistant Principal at OMS. On a personal level, Michelle has raised three Brockport graduates, owned and operated a restaurant in the village and can be seen throughout the community volunteering or participating in a variety of athletic activities.

Matthew Hennard
Matthew Hennard joined Brockport CSD as an Assistant Principal at Oliver Middle School in the fall of 2022. Mr. Hennard graduated from Perry Jr./Sr. High School before joining the U.S. Air Force. He moved to Brockport after his military service and graduated from SUNY College at Brockport. He began his career in education as a Special Education Teacher at Holley Alternative High School in 2010. In 2013, he moved to Holley Jr./Sr. High School where he taught Social Studies until 2019, when he became the Middle School Coordinator. Mr. Hennard was also a basketball coach at Holley Jr./Sr. High School from 2010 until 2020. In 2021, Mr. Hennard became the Assistant Principal at Wheatland-Chili Middle/High School. He left Wheatland-Chili to join the team at Brockport, of which he is a community member with two children in the District.
