Mrs. Erin Cusanno
Mrs. Cusanno has been a School Counselor at TCMS since 2000. Before joining the TCMS team, she was a Planning Associate at the United Way of Greater Rochester, and worked as a School Counselor at Newark Middle School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester, and her Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mrs. Cusanno received her National Counseling Certification in 1999. She loves to read, travel, cook, garden, ski and spend time with her husband and two children.Mrs. Kristin Haughey
Mrs. Haughey has been working with BCSD since 2018 as the Family Navigator and joined the TCMS team as a school counselor in 2021. Mrs. Haughey received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada and her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Mrs. Haughey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York state and has a history of working primarily with children and youth. Mrs. Haughey worked previously for the Center for Youth as a Community Based Counselor and Delphi Drug and Alcohol as a Substance Abuse Prevention Counselor.Ms. Catherine Liebel
Ms. Liebel has been a part of the BCSD family since 2000 working at TCMS and BHS. Ms. Liebel's experiences include counseling at Hillside Children's Center, Monroe Community College, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala from 1994-1997. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia and her Master of Science in Counseling from the State University of New York at Brockport. Ms. Liebel loves to read, travel and spend time with friends and family.Mrs. Erica Oliveri
Mrs. Oliveri has been a School Counselor at TCMS since 2007. Mrs. Oliveri received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from SUNY Geneseo in 2000 and her Masters in School and Community Counseling from the University of Rochester in 2005. Before TCMS, she worked at Unity Hospital's Eating Disorder Program. Mrs. Oliveri enjoys yoga, running, and spending time with her husband Dom, son Domenico and daughter Sienna.Ms. Ashley Ellis
Miss Ellis received her degrees from Geneseo & Brockport in psychology and counselor education. She has worked within education agencies and schools since 2003 and has focused on mental health, restorative practices, and community building. Miss Ellis joined the Brighton Mental Health Team in 2018 as a Behavior Support Specialist and School Counselor working at FRES for several years before coming to TCMS. Some fun facts: Miss Ellis is a jewelry designer, Godzilla fan, event planner and has hilarious pets at home.Ms. Kira Charlton
Kira Charlton joined the TCMS team in 2022 as a School Psychologist. Ms. Charlton received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from SUNY Fredonia in 2005 and her Masters of Science and Certificate of Advanced Study at the Rochester Institute of Technology in School Psychology in 2009. Ms. Charlton previously worked at Rainbow Preschool at the ARC of Orleans County as a School Psychologist (2009-2013) and as an Autism Consultant at Genesee Valley BOCES (2013-2022). She is currently working towards her BCBA and LBA through St. Joseph's University. Ms. Charlton loves reading and spending time with her family, friends, and 3 black labs.
