Brighton Professional Learning
Click on the logo to access Frontline.
Frontline is a Professional Development Management System (PDMS) that supports educators at every stage of their growth cycle.
It is a platform where educators and other staff members in the District can find professional learning opportunities to meet their professional and personal goals. It also allows educators to propose professional learning activities for themselves and their teams. Through fill-in forms, teachers and staff can request time, resources, and funds to attend, facilitate or participate in professional learning. They can manage their professional growth load and credit-bearing activities over time.

ACTIVITY CATALOGS
The District believes in empowering educators and staff members to take charge of their professional development. We offer a diverse range of learning opportunities through multiple catalogs on Frontline:
- District Catalog: Discover activities curated and facilitated by the Brighton Teacher Center, ensuring high-quality and aligned offerings directly supporting District goals.
- BOCES Catalogs: Explore resources predominantly provided by regional BOCES organizations. Notably, the Monroe #1 BOCES offerings, where Brighton participates, are largely free of charge.
- NYSUT ELT: Access a catalog of professional learning opportunities managed by the New York State United Teachers, offering valuable options for further development.
Besides the District's Activity Catalog, populated with professional learning in support of the District's initiatives, Frontline enables access to the catalogs of our partners in education:
- MONROE #1 BOCES
- Monroe-2-Orleans BOCES
- Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES
- NYSUT Education and Learning Trust
- Genesee Valley BOCES
- Greece CSD
There are other catalogs besides the ones seen in this view. We encourage you to browse the above catalogs as their offerings are within 30 miles of our District. Enroll in those activities that meet the needs of your professional growth plan.
