Early Release Day K-12 on Monday, April 8
Please remember that Monday, April 8 will be an early release day for grades K-12 due to the solar eclipse.
For CRPS: Dismissal time will be 11:30 a.m. for all students. For parent pick up, please make sure you have your driveline number and ID. Your child’s bus drop-off time is expected to be at the same interval it currently is relative to regular dismissal. For example, if your child’s bus currently drops off 20 minutes after our usual 2:45 p.m. dismissal, we are expecting it to arrive 20 minutes after our early dismissal time of 11:30 a.m. If families want to do an early pick up that day, it needs to be by 11 a.m. If you have any questions, please consult with your classroom teacher or feel free to call the Main Office. Please have an authorized adult ready to receive the student at least 10 minutes before the drop off time.
For FRES: Walkers and bikers will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. Parent pick up is at 12:20 p.m. Wave 1 pick up starts at 12:20, wave 2 pick up starts at 12:25. Please make sure you have your driveline number and ID. Buses will plan to leave the parking during the 12:30-12:40 time frame. Your child’s bus drop-off time is expected to be at the same interval it currently is relative to regular dismissal. For example, if your child’s bus currently drops off 20 minutes after our usual 3:30 p.m. dismissal, we are expecting it to arrive 20 minutes after our early dismissal time of 12:30 p.m. If families want to do an early pick up that day, it needs to be by 11:30 a.m. If you have any questions, please consult with your classroom teacher or feel free to call the Main Office.
For TCMS and BHS: TCMS classes will end at 10:40 a.m. and BHS classes will end at 10:47 a.m. on that day. Buses will leave campus at 10:56 a.m. All students must exit the building by 10:56 a.m. Buses normally leave at 2:55 p.m., so you can expect the same amount of travel time on that day. For example, if your child currently arrives home at 3:20 p.m., count on them arriving home around 11:21 a.m. on our early dismissal day.Please be sure to have someone at the bus stop approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled time as times may vary a bit on this day.
