Dear FRES Families,

I am excited to announce that we will be offering an elementary level STEM & Robotics Club after school beginning in January, 2024! This club will provide a wonderful opportunity for FRES students to explore the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math through hands-on activities and robotics in the Makerspace.

In our STEM & Robotics Club, students will have the chance to engage in hands-on experiences that will enhance their problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity skills while incorporating the Habits of Mind. Activities include 3D printing, Ozobots, Dash Robots, Makey Makey, engineering challenges, and even a little slime!

If your child is in grades 3-5 at French Road Elementary School and wants to join the STEM & Robotics Club, complete this online form. Registration closes on Friday, December 22, 2023. Spaces are limited to 16 students, so be sure to secure your child's spot as soon as possible.  ***UPDATE 12/5/23- Due to an incredible showing of interest, I'm creating 2 groups and adding new meeting dates.
