Geography

  • The study of geography will introduce students to maps, globes, atlases and other resources which represent the real world. They will build an understanding that maps and globes show regions and areas of the world we live in. 

    During this unit, students will discover and investigation of

    • Land Forms

    • Boundaries

    • Bodies of Water

    Also, this adventure will make them experts on these terms and locations:

    • Cardinal & Intermediate Directions

    • Continents and Oceans

    • North and South Pole

    • Hemisphere

    • Equator

    • Lines of Latitude and Longitude
