Welcome and thank you for visiting Bolton Public Schools Health Services.  A school nurse oversees the health office at each school.  The responsibilities of a school nurse include, but are not limited to:

• Providing direct care to students.
• Providing services to promote wellness and independence.
• Ensuring that physical assessments and immunizations are complete in order for students to attend school.
• Providing interventions prescribed by physicians that are needed during school hours.
• Performing state mandated health screenings.
• Developing and implementing Individual Health Care Plans.
• Collaborating with families, staff and the District's Medical Advisor to promote student health and safety.
