Hi, my name is Julia Capers and I teach third grade ELA at Back Bay Elementary! I am from Lexington, Kentucky and moved to the coast in 2021. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in with my Bachelor's Degree in elementary education and a minor in psychology. In my free time, I enjoy being outside at the beach or pool, reading, and listening to podcasts. I feel blessed to be a part of Biloxi Schools and cannot wait to have a fabulous year!
