We are so excited to share in this journey with your child! We use a variety of teaching styles to individualize our students' learning experience. We believe that every child can drive their own learning as long as we give them the tools to know their standards, set their own goals, and use their resources wisely. Please refer to this website for any questions you may have concerning our pacing, calendar events, and other pertinent information.

 Please have your child at the school by 7:40am (before 7:30 for breakfast eaters)

~Supply drop off night is on Thursday, August 2, 2018

~First day of school is Tuesday, August 7, 2018

~Please see the calendar for color days (AES students can wear the color for that day to help aid the Kindergarteners in learning their colors)

Kindergarten students will stay until 11:45am on August 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th for the 2018-2019 school year. Teachers will have some of the students stay for a full day on these days in order to perform assessments on the students. Please check with your child's teacher to see which of these half days your child will be staying all day for testing. 

Please make sure that you have a car tag displayed on your rearview mirrior for carrider line in order to pick up your student, whether they stay all day or half day. These will be for sale during supply drop off night/orientation, during the first day of school, and then everyday after that in the office. There is a small cost for these tags that benefit the PTO.
