Perla Tapia
Perla Tapia has dedicated more than 12 years to education as a student liaison, mentor, teacher and now as an administrator. Additionally, she has proudly served as an Air Force Reservist for the past ten years. As a First Sergeant, she is the Chief advisor to the Commander and is responsible for the morale, welfare, mentoring, well-being, career progression, professional development and recognition of all assigned enlisted members.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership - both degrees from Arizona State University.
The Dean of Students serves as a member of the administrative team and assists with the daily operation of the school, specifically in the areas of attendance, behavioral and disciplinary prevention and intervention services with an emphasis on Restorative Justice and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).

Geannine Garcia
Geannine Garcia holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Education in School Counseling from Ottawa University. Geannine has dedicated 14 years as a school counselor with grade-school students.
As a school counselor, responsibilities include working with students individually and in group settings to help with issues that are hindering their learning.

Britnee Green
Britnee Green has proudly dedicated more than ten years supporting children and families in Phoenix and Chicago. She has an array of experience working with at-risk children through the child welfare system, outpatient behavioral health services and education. Ms. Green has also supported early childcare educators through extensive classroom consultation and training.
As the school social worker, Ms. Green will assist students with everyday problems. This includes, but is not limited to, addressing issues related to neglect, abuse, domestic violence, mental health and social-emotional learning. Ms. Green is committed to working with families to resolve any issues related to the student’s education or behavior as quickly as possible.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.

Ashley Tokich
Ashley Tokich holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a Master of Education in Child Psychology from Duquesne University and is in her final year of pursuing a Doctor of Psychology degree from Duquesne University. She has experience as a therapeutic support specialist, working closely with children and families on behavioral and emotional needs. Additionally, she has worked at The Bradley Center residential treatment facility providing support to children and adolescents, as well at the Safe Horizon Child Advocacy Center working as a counselor for children that experienced trauma or abuse.
As the school psychologist intern, she works with the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) and provides a comprehensive range of services to facilitate learning and promote mental health by addressing the behavioral, emotional, academic and mental health issues and concerns of students that can affect educational performance. These services include, but are not limited to, psychological and educational assessment, consultation with school staff and parents, behavioral and crisis intervention and individual and group counseling.

Erica Bennett
Erica Bennett holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Arizona State University. Erica is working towards her Master’s in Education in School Counseling from Northern Arizona University. Erica has worked with students for the past three years.
Erica has a passion for working with students to ensure that they are set up for success emotionally, socially and academically.
