  • Hello Alvord Family,

This is my sixth year as a Special Education Teacher and my first year as the Adult Transition Teacher for Alvord. This program is for Adults ages 18-22 who receive special education services through the Alvord Unified School District. I am excited and eager to work with the adults in this program and provide them with the education, skills, and resources they need to become successful members of society and reach their highest individual potential. I am passionate about my work and want nothing more than success for each individual who enters my classroom.

When I am not in the classroom I enjoy spending time with my husband and our daughter. I love being outdoors (hiking, camping, rock climbing, etc) reading, crafting, going to sporting events (Go Cubs/Bears/Blackhawks/Bulls!), and spending as much time as I can at Disneyland!
