This year marks my twenty-fifth year working as a teacher. After earning an undergraduate degree in Biology from Rutgers University, I earned a Master of Arts degree in Teaching for Elementary Education. I soon began teaching and went back to school earning a Master of Arts degree in Reading. Much of my teaching experience has been in fourth grade, although I did teach fifth grade for two years. I began teaching in Allendale in 2001, and I am excited to begin my third year at Hillside School working with third graders. When I am not in school, I enjoy reading, traveling to new places, and spending time with my family.
