The community is coming together to honor the memory of John Hoague-Rivette, a former GW football player who passed away in 2019. This fall would have been John's senior football season, and in his honor, the team is hosting a “Go Gray” game to raise awareness and funds for special jerseys and gray apparel.

To support this effort, a Roast Pork Dinner fundraiser will be held on Friday, May 16th, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. (or until sold out) at the Whitehall Elks Lodge #1491, located at 5 Elks Way, Whitehall. Dinners will be available for $15 and takeout is available.

All proceeds from the event will go toward the football team’s tribute apparel for the upcoming season. Those who cannot attend but wish to contribute can donate via Venmo to @nicolevic13.

The event serves as a heartfelt way for the community to remember John and support the team.
