Notice is hereby given that Western School Corporation, Howard County, Indiana (“WSC”), shall receive responses to a Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals for a Guaranteed Savings Contract, dated July 1, 2025 (the “RFQ/RFP”) until 2:00 pm ET on Monday, August 11^th, 2025, at the Office of Administration located at 2600 S 600 W, Russiaville, IN 46979. Responses will be in accordance with IC 36-1-12.5 and the requirements set forth in the RFQ/RFP. For more information contact Mr. Mark DuBois, Superintendent at mdubois@western.k12.in.us.

All responses must include the information and be in the format described within the RFQ/RFP.

The Board of School Trustees of WSC reserves the right to terminate the selection process at any time prior to the selection of a respondent as a qualified provider for one or more projects, to reject any and all responses, to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the responses offered and to waive any and all informalities or defects in any response or in the selection process.
