Important Information for students applying to colleges for the Spring 2020-Spring 2021 Semesters
Check with the college or university you are applying to, many have dropped the ACT and SAT requirements because of the cancellation of exams due to COVID-19, including the SUNY college system.
SUNY's has decided to temporarily suspend SAT/ACT testing requirements for rising high school seniors intending to enroll at a SUNY bachelor’s degree-granting campus for the 2021-2022 academic year. This temporary change of admission eligibility requirements applies to the spring 2021, fall 2021, and spring 2022 cycles only.
SUNY will maintain its longstanding commitment to holistic review of student applicants that includes grades, program of study, exam scores, academic achievements, non-academic achievements, and other activities that allow for the evaluation of the potential success of a candidate for admission.
We trust that this temporary change in testing requirements will remove a potential barrier for students during these uncertain times.

International Registration Deadlines Important Information
- International deadlines apply to anyone testing outside of the United States, U.S. Territories, and Puerto Rico.
- International registration materials must be received by the international deadlines.
- There is no late registration for international testing. Online and telephone registrations must be completed by the international deadline dates listed above.
- Students registering through International Representatives must submit their paper registration with full payment by the early registration deadline.
Additional fees apply if you register late or make changes to your test type, center or date after registering.
Sunday administrations usually occur the day after each Saturday test date for students who cannot test on Saturday due to religious observance
