Washington High School’s dance team, the Jaywalkers, will hold a Fall Dance Clinic on Saturday, October 8, in the Little Blue Jay Gymnasium at WHS from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students should meet in the Little Blue Jay Gym lobby to check in at 9:15 a.m.
The Mini-Jaywalkers dance clinic is open to girls in grades Pre-K through eighth grade.
Lunch will be provided (hot dog, chips and drink) or students may bring their own.
Showing off what they learned at the dance clinic, the Mini-Jaywalkers will perform prior to Washington’s home varsity football game on Friday, October 14. Meet in the Big Blue Jay Gym at 5:45 p.m. for the performance.
The cost is $40 per student, which includes a T-shirt and free admission to the football game. Make checks payable to WHS Dance Team. The cost is $35 if students attended the summer clinic and still have their T-shirt.
