The Washington High School Choral Department is excited to present its annual Madrigal Dinner, “To Play Or Replay, That Is Out Of The Question,” on Thursday-Saturday, December 15-17, at John B. Busch Brewery Event Center, 108 Busch Ave., Washington, MO 63090.
A jolly good time of beautiful singing, delicious food, raucous antics, and lively thespians for your holiday enjoyment.
What is a Madrigal Dinner? You will step back into a 16th Century Castle and be welcomed by the King and Queen to join their holiday feast. You will be dining with other local townspeople and will be served a three-course dinner while being entertained by the jester and other characters. You will experience a show of slapstick comedy along with beautiful music to bring you into the holiday spirit.
The show will run on Thursday, December 15, and Friday, December, 16, at 7 p.m. Another performance will be on Saturday, December 17, at 4 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes prior to start time.
Tickets are $30 per person, which includes a three-course meal and entertainment. Be sure to bring extra change to buy additional items from the townspeople. Proceeds benefit the WHS Choir Program. Tickets are on sale until November 28.
