Washington High School's Flock Student Group Makes Donation to Mercy Cancer Center
A Washington High School student group, The Flock, organized the selling of Pink Out shirts for breast cancer support during the month of October.
Students wore the shirts to the WHS varsity football game on Friday, October 22. They raised $1,500 for Mercy Cancer Center in Washington.
Members of the Flock presented the check to representatives from Mercy on Thursday, December 2.
The Flock is the student section that energizes the crowd at sporting events and activities at Washington High School.
