The School District of Washington, in conjunction with the Franklin County Health Department, will be hosting a walk-in COVID vaccine clinic for district staff, faculty, students and their families.
The clinic will be held in the little Blue Jay Gym on the Washington High School campus. The dates and times for the clinics are as follows:
Friday, August 20, from noon – 6 p.m.
Friday, September 10, from noon – 6 p.m.
If interested, please plan on attending both clinics to complete the vaccine regimen.
Both Pfizer (ages 12 and up) and Moderna (ages 18 and up) vaccines will be available. No appointment is needed, but if you plan to come in,
please respond to this short google survey as to which vaccine you prefer and how many members of your family will be attending, so we can have an estimate of doses needed.
Click here for the consent form. You can print one to bring with you, or you can fill one out at the clinic.
Under current guidelines, fully-vaccinated persons are not required to quarantine if exposed to a positive COVID case. Having your child vaccinated can protect them from serious illness due to COVID-19, as well as keep them in school and participating in sports and activities.
If you have questions regarding the clinic, please email Chris Redd at
[email protected] or contact the Franklin County Health Department at 636-583-7300.
