Abby Blackwell is the Kiwanis Club of Washington’s TERRIFIC Kid of the Month for November.
Members of the Kiwanis Club presented the award to Abby, a sixth-grade student at South Point Elementary, on Thursday, Nov. 21.

Abby’s favorite subject is math. She enjoys playing golf and painting. When she grows up, Abby wants to play on the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) Tour.
Members of the Washington Kiwanis Club presented Abby with a certificate of achievement along with gift cards to McDonald’s, Walmart and Neighborhood Reads. She also received a bag of candy from Not Just Cut and Dried.
Abby is the daughter of Jason and Carrie Blackwell.
