Washington High School’s National Honor Society induction ceremony was held on Monday, May 17, at the CJB Theatre.
There were separate ceremonies for both the 2021 inductees and the 2020 inductees, who did not have a ceremony last year due to the pandemic.
WHS Assistant Principal Mary Kleekamp spoke during the event, giving the opening and closing remarks.
Also speaking were WHS National Honor Society officers Max Grimes (Co-President), McKenna Jacquin (Co-President), Kaleb Burr (Vice President), Katlynn Miller (Secretary), Zane Johnson (Treasurer), Emily Frick (Student Council Representative) and Lauren Engemann (Historian).
Current National Honor Society members were recognized followed by the induction of the new members.
