New Teacher Training Held at Technology and Learning Center

New Secondary TeachersNew Teacher Orientation for 2018-19 in the School District of Washington took place Monday, July 30, to Wednesday, August 1, at the Technology and Learning Center.

The group of teachers had a full agenda for the three-day event. Assistant Superintendent Dr. Judy Straatmann ran the training session.

Rob Landers and Rekke Berges from the SDOW’s technology department helped with the training.

Washington High School, Washington Middle School and Four Rivers Career Center: Holden Hirsch, Ally Rettke, Kim Voss and Elgin Wilson and Kyle Ellrich., all of Washington High School. Kari Huff (Four Rivers Career Center) and McKie Martin (Washington Middle School).

Elementary: Bonnie Robinson, Stacey Binder, Kayla Bartel, Sonya Bruns, Beth Tallent, Morgan Strubberg and Sarah McCarthy.

Early Learning Center: Ashley Strong, Katie Dahlin, Sara Elfline and Julia Coughlin.
