Washington High School students from the Human Rights and Genocide class recently traveled to the Holocaust Museum and Learning Center in St. Louis to begin their study of the Holocaust.
They were able to meet survivors Rachel Miller and Siegfried Adler, who shared their stories of survival as children during the Holocaust.
The trip was sponsored by The Olga Lengyel Institute for Holocaust Studies and Human Rights, which promotes teaching and learning programs about the Holocaust and Human Rights issues.
