Washington High School’s second season of girls tennis is under way this fall.
The Lady Jays, coached by Bill Stahlhuth and Laurie Bryson, have a great turnout with 25 girls on the roster.
Both the varsity and junior varsity teams have been competitive through the early part of the season.
On the varsity gold team are Evie Bryson, June Steinman, Maddie Stecko, Elliana Weiler, Katelyn Hill, Ava Craven and Vivien Grant.
On the varsity silver team are Liz Davis, Caroline Heimos, Nora Mendoza, Ava Wardwell, Sadie Alu, Brynne Pearcy, Andrea Bryant and Hope Jett.
Washington plays its home matches at Phoenix Center Park.
