Della Lorch is the Kiwanis Club of Washington’s TERRIFIC Kid of the Month for January.
Members of the Kiwanis Club presented the award to Della, a sixth-grade student at Augusta Elementary, on Thursday, Jan. 30.

Della is the daughter of Chris and Lisa Lorch. Her favorite subject is math. She enjoys reading and playing sports, especially softball, volleyball and basketball. When she grows up, Della would like to be a lawyer.
“I want to help people get the justice they deserve,” Della said.
Members of the Washington Kiwanis Club presented Della with a certificate of achievement along with gift cards to McDonald’s, Moe’s and Neighborhood Reads.
