Labadie Spelling BeeLabadie Elementary held its spelling bee on Wednesday, March 27.

A select group of students participated in the spelling bee, which took place in the gymnasium with other students and teachers looking on.

Nathan Oreskovic, a fifth-grade student, was the winner of the spelling bee. Joseph Long, a sixth-grade student, was the runner-up. Ian Pfeiffer, a sixth-grade student, placed third.

Oreskovic will represent Labadie Elementary at the Washington Missourian Regional Spelling Bee April 27 at East Central College.
