Education
Mr. McArdell graduated from El Paso-Gridley High School in 2013. He then attended Millikin University located in Decatur, Illinois from 2013-2017 and majored in vocal music education. He took part in the Millikin Men and Collegiate Choir ensembles during his time there, and also held several different positions as a fraternity member of the Illinois Delta Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
Professional Background
Mr. McArdell’s first teaching job started at Woodrow Wilson Middle School in the fall of 2018 as the Choir Director.
Personal Background
Mr. McArdell is originally from the small town of Gridley, Illinois and moved to Terre Haute in 2018 to pursue his career in teaching. In his free time, he enjoys watching the latest Marvel movie, listening to classic rock and playing the guitar, and can also be seen on the pickleball courts when the weather is nice.
