Meet Ms. Debney
Ms. Emily Debney is a special education science teacher at Woodrow Wilson. She graduated from Indiana State University in December 2009 with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She received her Special Education license through Marian University in 2021. She has been teaching for 13 years in various capacities in Indianapolis, and Terre Haute. She was elated to come back to Terre Haute and join the staff at Woodrow Wilson in 2020.
In addition to teaching, Ms. Debney has many interests. She loves spending time with her son and dog, reading, swimming and being outside. She also has a passion for books, and spreading literacy to others.
